We have been working very hard on our facebook campaign so please come and join us and give your support, if you do not have a facebook account and need help let us know.
We are not activists, we are Tenants. Amicus Horizon tenants and we want the bullying to stop.

Our petition gets delivered tomorrow, we`ve held on to it long enough so if you want your name added do it today.
Daphne is doing okay and Tim is battling on with his complaints the situation made worse for him by the compensatory gift of a £20 shopping voucher. Pauls page will be finished soon and we`re going to try to capture his shaky house on video, we hav`nt heard about Lisa.R requests yet, Chris has had her benefit stopped and her situation has not changed and we are hopeful that we will be successful in at least achieving an investigation into our complaints of bullying and harassment, our repairs have been completed and support for our group is growing faster than ever before but in all honesty what little justice we have managed to achieve so far has come because of Amber Rudds help. We will support any group that supports us, join together and stop the abuse.

Some of you may have thought that I had given up because I have been neglecting this page for the last week but I have been very busy and have at last had some professional people looking at some of our papers and they are in no doubt at all that Amicus Horizon have committed criminal offences and they are going to help us get our complaints seen to properly.
So please don`t get the wrong impression just because I am not putting everything up on this site anymore thats because I`m fed up with kicking at brick walls, one thing I am confident about now is that our evidence is good and it will be used. Daphne has her meeting with the police on wednesday and she has asked us to sit with her on the day which we will do, there is nothing wrong with Daphne except she is a very frightened and lonely old lady, Criminal complaints against Amicus Horizon have been made by us, Robert, Daphne, Tim and Brenda on several occasions by us all, we have made these complaints to Hastings police, Lewes Police, Battle Police several times, Hastings council, East Sussex county council, Michael Foster and the Housing Ombudsmans Service x 2 who accept things are wrong, the EHRC x 10 who also accepts our case needs to be referred. The CPS, and finally to Amber Rudd a few days ago. Our complaints were resent to the CPS today.

we went to Daphne`s meeting with the police today but we left when her solicitor arrived because there is no point in having a solicitor if they are not going to talk for you. Daphne (77 years old) phoned me a little while ago and said that charges are being considered against her of harassment which is pretty alarming if correct considering all the evidence of harassment that we and some of our other members have against Amicus Horizon but its also encouraging because if Daphne is charged then its likely that Amicus Horizon would be as well

Everyone is justifiably outraged that Daphne had to endure a taped police interview while they investigated allegations of harassment while members of Amicus Horizon are continually protected and let off. We are told that harassment is a civil offence but according to Daphne for her it is a criminal matter. If the above is true it is shocking

Our #onereddrop campaign is beginning to take off now with over 830 facebook members taking part so far. #onereddrop has also started to spread on twitter,myspace and flickr, this is also attracting even more attention to our housing problems and the disability discrimination issues within Amicus horizon and other social housing associations but it is fair to say that the level of complaints appear to be much higher in Amicus horizon than any other company particularly in Hastings. #onereddrop and

I noticed you're plugging October 3rd. Just wanted to let you know there is a coach from Brighton going to the protest outside the Tory Party Conference. £10 waged, £5 unwaged, subsidies for anyone who is really really skint (mind... you it'll get worse if the Tories get their way). It's leaving at 7.30am on the Sunday... from St Peter's Church, Richmond Place. #onereddrop More and more people are joining us now we are getting close to averaging 100 per day. We will turn facebook red and Amicus Horizon will face criminal proceedings because it Obviously is in the public interest, that is assuming that Social Housing Tenants and Disabled Tenants are still classed as Public!

Our #onereddrop campaign is spreading all over the internet now, we have over 830 taking part on Facebook, others are turning their pages or their profiles red on the 03rd on Myspace,Twitter,Flickr,Blogger and now even PS3. Age does`nt matter cuts effect everyone. We recieved a letter from the CPS today and an acknowledgement of our complaints from the Ministry of Justice. We can make a difference, lets not miss the opportunity

Poor old Daphne is still getting hounded, the police called on her yesterday and cautioned her. Daphne is under enormous stress and it would`nt surprise me in the least if she did`nt crack soon and get sectioned, put in an old peoples home, or just dropped dead. Some people in authority don`t like Daphne very much because she keeps complaining but there are others with bits of authority who keep encouraging her to make complaints. She is a helpless old woman who does not know which way to turn but thats not going to stop them.

I recieved a reply back from the Information Commissioners Office today which is hopeful, it is only an acknowledgement but that is more than we have had so far from the Ministry of Justice. #Onereddrop is really spreading now Facebook is going to turn red and it looks as if its going to take some other places with it as well, don`t just watch it. Be a part of it!

Two more tenants have contacted us with allegations of discrimination and misconduct from Amicus Horizon housing this morning having seen our facebook page. Mr R.S has sent us copies of his recordings and we will be posting his case in detail on this site. Mr D. is also fowarding copies of his files to us. Discrimination - Misconduct - Bad Management there is only one answer to these things; Stamp tem Out!

There are now over 900 taking part on Facebook alone.
Adult Social Care want me to sign a contract stating that I will not move from this property for at least 5 years if they give me the adaptations that the law says they should never have withheld. Amicus Horizon state the same even though they have deliberately blocked or hampered any move for years' I don`t mind I will sign their contract but it is a very poor contract for either of them to suggest, I don`t know how many months it took them to come up with this idea but the fact is within 5 years my children will have flown the coop and that will mean that Lisa and I are taking up a whole 4 bedroomed house which is probably much needed by families being housed in hotels. It just seems an odd contract for them to suggest, once again it takes the Social out of housing association. Lets #turnitred

#Amicus Horizon have now made arrangements for Tim and Brenda`s electrical sockets to be raised and for other electrical work to be carried out in their home, lets hope that they don`t just chop through freezer wires like the last time. Tim is still waiting to here in regard to his other complaints and the dangerous outside drain cover.
Daphne is extremely distressed and because she is so confused very vulnerable and in need of support to say that she is getting none at all from any agency is totally accurate. Daphne is 77, alone, confused and afraid. Are`nt they ever so brave!
We still have had no replies in Lisa`s case, her situation remains hazardous and we are sending out more letters today in the hope of getting some real support for her.

Our #onereddrop campaign is now over, for us it was a tremendous success because it showed that we could all join together and hold a peaceful and effective protest, we also made many new friends and greatly increased our presence on the internet. We are still waiting for replies from the ICO and the Ministry of Justice, we have been asked to take part in several protests over the next couple of months but our next protest will be online and will focus on our housing problems but as always if you support our protests then we will support yours.
