We receved notice today, the 30th,January, 2008 that One of our domain names is being transferred to 1066 housing association by WIPO.
What fakes they are!
1066 housing Association have spent thousands of pounds hijacking our ideas- our websites- trying to hijack our members when all that they had to do was keep to the promises and contracts that they themselves composed.
For a start there never would have been any bad feeling from us towards them if they had not tried to trick us into posing for fake promotional photographs to benefit their compny if they had actually been honest in the first place and had true intentions of supplying the kit.
So many lies and tricks from them and no matter how much money they spend the truth is not hidden. Everyone around here knows the truth about the promises of disabled access to Churchill Avenue. Fake sponsorship for our youth football team and the enforced closure of the football field at Sandown.
The forced closures of our childrens play areas. Locking our children out of The Bridge without warning was recklessly dangerous. Fake promises about the street party and the Christmas party. The fake promises of our own teenage residents association. The fake promise of funding for our "sponsor an apprentice scheme" and all of the other lies and tricks that they spend their time creating.
We offered them genuine resident and teenage resident involvement they offered only tricks and deceit.
It does,nt really matter how many domain names or ours that they manage to hijck with the use of expensive solicitors because we are jus a group of residents. They will never be able to sweep the truth of their actions from the internet because even they do not have the money or the influence to even attempt to bully the hosts of our main websites and even if they hijack all of the websites that we control it does,nt really help them because two new websites appear fo each one they hijack.
One day someone in that antique organisation that they call Amicus Horizon will suggest that they keep the promises that they made and then we can all go back to doing the things we were enjoying in the first place but until that happens we,ll make sure that they never forget that they are the criminals in this case any tenant who had behaved as they did would have been charged with fraud or deception, thei money and their influence makes them untouchable it does,nt make them innocent.
